So I finished up Jeremiah season 1 only to find that season 2 is not on DVD!! WTF! With all the crazy laws we have can’t we add one that says if you release one season of a show you have to release them all? I mean sheesh people!
Also, I am so tired of all the damn blog comment spam I get. This is why the robots will rebel and kill us all, too much time spent as mind-numbing bots dropping spam everywhere.
In other news…the painting of the sewing room has started. Yes, yes you may all rejoice.

Pixie is a real grown-up now.
I am on my first business trip and am blogging to you from lovely Colorado Springs. Dinner was excellent. We went to a place called the Craftwood Inn. It had the word ‘Craft’ in it so I was sold right away. lol. Very cool place and very good food. I had bison, wild boar, and beef. Very interesting to say the least. The flip side is that I have to be ready to leave at 7:45am (in the morning!) for our first day of the conference. Morning…me…yeahhhh…not so much.

Here is another stenciled shirt that I did for a swap over at Craftster in January. She likes music and birds so I did a little songbird.

I picked up some dark green wire. The rounds I made are a little smaller than my other ones. So one of these is with the green wire for the outer ring and for the tree. For the other I tried doing copper on the outside and the green for the tree as a contrast.

My first stencil job with 3 layers! This design is actually a stained glass pattern that I found online. My swap partner likes dragonflies and she does some stained glass so it seemed perfect.

Here is another sewing goodies bag that I made for a swap. The fabric is a mix of faux suede like fabric and home dec fabric. A little scrap of cord was used for the pin cushion.
