Wheeeeee! I just listed my first two Etsy items. Woot woot. Candace and I went fabric shopping during our craft say Saturday and I picked up some sweet pink ribbon fabric so I opened the shop a bit early.
Oh and I took loads of photos from the 5k today…see ‘em on Flickr. And I did survive dinner with the neighbors last night. Can I interest you in some Amway? LOL just kidding…the guy did I don’t know what you call it…testify I guess but it wasn’t too terribly uncomfortable. They have the same house layout as me but but they have vaulted ceiling…luckies.

The girls and I went to the mall after work today to meet up with Sylvia (sylviecoladolls.com) and two of her dolls. I’m really happy that Sylvia made the suggestion and we were finally able to meet up. She is a relly nice person and normally shy nervous me was a little surprised at how easily I chatted along like I’ve known her for ages. ^_^
She brought along her Hello Harvest and the custom she is working on. From the stock photos I wasn’t that in to HH but wow is she pretty in person! Her hair is a lovely golden color and she has very nice pale skin. It was my first time to see sleep eyes in person as well as sand matting and changed eyelashes. I’m going to have to keep an eye out for customs from Sylvia, she does such a cute job.
Let’s see…other than that work was crazy again today. Still some issues left over from the weekend and a goof by me was to blame for one of them. Gah I so hate when I mess stuff up and with gong back to a technical role I have to relearn a lot of stuff so I wind up very frustrated that I am so helpless at some stuff until I get the hang of things again.

Okay so not so weird for normal people. I went to get the mail today and the neighbors said hello to me, got me name…and invited me to dinner next week. I’m a little freaked out…scratch that a lot freaked out. I know regular people have dinner with neighbors all the time but I’m shy and don’t even talk to my neighbors. Gah! Do I bring anything? I don’t really know them (they seem nice enough though) so I don’t want to bring wine since maybe they don’t drink…eeep.
Then later on I went out front to trim one of the bushes that is taller than I am and one of the neighbors across the street came over and talked to me. Well, I don’t know if she lives at the house or if the lady I see more of the time is the one that lives there and is the daughter of the lady who talked to me. The one who I think lives there has never talked to me but is always cleaning her house or her car (they were scrubbing the sidewalk before she came and talked to me).
So what is going on? The weather? My new windows? Do they think I am nuts for taking pictures of a doll in the front yard and are planning on having me committed? Have they noticed that a certain someone isn’t here very much anymore and feel sorry for me? LOL I think I’ve finally just lost my mind.

This week I finished my pretty puffy slouchy hat. Work has been really busy but okay over all.
Candace and I went to Ikea at lunch today and I got some chairs for Bunco on the 18th. Yay!
I also just signed up for the latest Blythe swap over at Craftster. Yay!
On the Etsy store front I have ordered my Moo cards and am working on some pj sets. I’ve pretty much got the wrap dress worked out so I need to make some of those. This weekend though I will mostly be working on a swap item for Craftster. Oh yes and cleaning…
