Holy crackers! BlytheCon 2011 in Portland was just amazing. So many wonderful people to meet for the first time and many others that I’ve missed so much since I saw them last. It was a fantastic time and the support was so great. The booth started with 65 bags and I only went home with 3! Quite unexpected!
As many know, one of the features of the Blythe Dolly Carry Bag is the jersey fabric face sheld to help protect hair and makeup. From use or from stitching tension the serger edging could get snagged or like on a couple of bags I finished today unravel a bit at the cut edges that are sewn into the sides. I replaced those face shields and if yours look like they need replaced send me a note at sewpixie (at) tinfoildreams (dot) com so we can get ‘em fixed up.
Oh wow not many days left until BlytheCon in Portland! We will be sewing away and listing on ArtFire and of course bringing as much as we can to the event. Please stop by our booth and say hello! Also, I hear that Flickr is being quite strict so it would be really appreciated if any business-y questions are sent to me via email, Twitter, FB, ArtFire, or Etsy. Anything on Flickr may be removed as I’m not certain I can reply without getting in to trouble.
